ORDERS
All orders will be shipped next day, unless on back order. Any items on back order will be
shipped with in 2 weeks. You will receive an e mail advising you if any of the items you ordered
are delayed, and a time frame given for delivery. If you require the photograph(s) in a faster
time frame, you can either receive a refund, or exchange for another that is in stock.
At holiday time, any last minute rushes will incur a  rush charge on the photo and shipping.
Rush charges are -48 hours or less 100% of the order.
                            72 hours 50% of the order
                            over 72 hours 25% of the order
 

If you are not satisfied with your order, please return for either an exchange or refund.
Photographs that are returned, must be received in the original condition at time of shipment.
Any damaged photographs will not be accepted. If damaged in shipping as a result of the USPS,
a claim will be filed, and investigated. Upon a resolution of any claims, a refund or replacement
will be issued at that time. Note: all photographs are insured at time of shipping.

Custom orders are non refundable!! If you order a special sized photograph and/or a custom frame, there will be no refunds unless the photograph or frame is damaged in shipping.
 
 

PAYMENTS
Myth and Legends accepts Mastercard, Visa and debit cards. Money orders and checks are
also accepted. If paying by check or Money Order,  please make it payable to Myth & Legends Photography,
and mail it to 131 Ashvale Drive, San Dimas, CA. 91773
Money orders will ship out with in 48 hours unless it is a special order, all orders paid for by check will ship out when the check has cleared.
